1.0 Hosts of the Giveaway

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Kempinski Hotel Cancún whose Instagram handle is @KempinskiCancun and The Lost Explorer Mezcal whose Instagram handle is @TheLostExplorerMezcal

2.0 Prize of the Giveaway

The "Prize" of the giveaway refers to a 2 night certificate for two (2) adults in Kempinski Hotel Cancún, staying in a Seafront Suite King Room with meals included in our Club Lounge exclusively, as well as a pairing dinner for two at Casitas Restaurant with a selection of The Lost Explorer Mezcal, a dinner for two at Fantino Restaurant, and airport-hotel-airport ground transportation. Valid for a year after the winner announcement under the following conditions:

2.0 Prize of the Giveaway

The stay should be booked at least 10 days in advance through the official contact stated in the certificate and is subject to availability and blackout dates.

The included breakfasts and lunches for the winner and their plus are from Kempinski Hotel Cancun’s Exclusive Club Lounge. The Breakfasts could be served either on the Club Lounge or El Café Mexicano depending on the season.
The prize includes one (1) dinner at the renowned AAA five-diamond fine dining restaurant, Fantino, for the winner and their plus one. Dinners are limited to three courses per guest. Alcoholic beverages are limited to up to two per person. Reservations in advance are required.
The prize includes up to one (1) dinner at the beloved beach restaurant, Casitas, in a private cabana for the winner and their plus one, paired with a selection of The Lost Explorer Mezcal. Reservations in advance are required.
Te prize includes a snorkelling tour for two.
The prize includes a 50 minute Kayantá Massage at Kempinski Hotel Cancún’s Spa.

To ensure a hassle-free arrival to the property, the winner and their plus one have complimentary airport-hotel-airport transportation. The vehicle should be reserved at least 10 days in advance through the official contact stated in the certificate.

The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

The prize does not include the following: flights, flights or luggage insurance, in-room dining, alcoholic beverages, tours and activities, photography sessions, items in the boutiques and stores, ground transportation additional to the airport-hotel-airport transfer.

3.0 Timing of the Giveaway

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.1 All entries must be received by 11:59 pm (GMT-5) on November 11th, 2023. One (1) winner in the United States will be selected at random by The Promoters on November 11th at 12:00 pm.

4.0 Selection of the Winner

One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms a

Entrants must be over 21 years old on the date of their entry.
Employees of The Promoters are not eligible to enter.

The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using Viralyft giveaway picker.

The selected Winner should comply with all the steps of the giveaway described in The Promoter’s post in order to be eligible.

The winner’s name and social media username might be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.

The name and email address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.

5.0 General conditions of the Giveaway

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All entries must be received by 11:59 pm (GMT-5) on November 11th, 2023. One (1) winner in the United States will be selected at random by The Promoters on November 11th at 12:00 pm.

Unlimited entries per person per competition will be accepted.

Participants will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

Instagram or Meta are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.at 12:00 pm.

All personal information collected through this giveaway will be protected by Mexico’s Law on the protection of personal data.

This giveaway is exclusively for commercial advertising purposes.
